National Geographic Channel follows Team Canada and Luis Benitez on the 2006 Everest Expedition

Luis Benitez stands as one of the world's foremost high altitude mountaineering expedition leaders and Leadership Development / Change Management consultants. On May 21, 2007, Luis achieved his sixth summit of Mt. Everest . 2010 saw Benitez attempting the Cessen Route on K2 and joining the Board of Directors for Outward Bound's Denver Urban Center. In 2011, Benitez joined the Soldiers to the Summit Expedition to Nepal, and looks forward to helping Vail Resorts grow, after joining their Learning and Development Department
